Credit Management
General summary
The Credit service is responsible for storing POC's credit, as well as manage its usage across BEES ecosystem. This credit can be used as a payment method (differ from credit card) and its goal is to offer more payment flexibility to the POC.
The credit data is used during BEES cart checkout process to check the available purchase balance for the POC. During the checkout, the service is requested to show to the user what is the current balance. Once the user places the order, using his credit, the order service sends a request to the credit service indicating how much was consumed.
Whenever a new credit entity is received, the consumption field (and all credit data) will be updated with the content received from the ERP.
In My Account Page the user can see information about the POC's credit, such as current balance, consumption and available credit.
Load limits
Regardless the robustness infrastructure the BEES platform has, it is necessary to limit the size of payload in 1 Mb per request, related to security and performance reasons. This number could be greater if the payload is compressed. Check the limit number per entity below:
